The Aims of the Patient Participation Group
We are encouraging patients to give their views about how the practice is doing and become involved with future plans and changes.
Are you interested in becoming involved? Meetings will be held periodically in the practice.
There are forms available on the patient reference group notice board next to reception. Once completed please hand the form back to reception.

We are hoping patients from a cross section of the local population will join us in order to represent all ages/ethnicities and problem groups.
Getting Your View
The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible.
